Refund policy
We understand that purchasing art is a personal decision. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return window for your painting. This means you have 7 days after receiving your artwork to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for Returns:

The artwork must be in its original condition – undamaged, unaltered, and in the same packaging as received.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

The artwork must be returned within 14 days of the return request approval.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return the artwork.

Upon approval, we will provide detailed return instructions, including a return shipping address.
Shipping & Insurance:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the artwork for its full value during transit.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipment.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refunded amount will be the price of the artwork minus the cost of shipping, which we cover for you in part or in full during delivery. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
- Notwithstanding the above, if the artwork is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
- As above, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Notes:

Damages: If the artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissions or personalized artworks are non-returnable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different artwork, please initiate a return and place a new order.
